SCECLB143 Individual

Senedd Cymru | Welsh Parliament

Y Pwyllgor Biliau Diwygio | Reform Bill Committee

Bil Senedd Cymru (Rhestrau Ymgeiswyr Etholiadol)| Senedd Cymru (Electoral Candidate Lists) Bill

Ymateb gan Unigolyn | Evidence from Individual

What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender make-up of the population)?

There is no gender make up of the country. Gender is an unprovable metaphysical belief. There is no evidence it exists. You cannot incorporate faith into secular policy & law.

Wales has 2 sexes which are immutable, the same as every other country on Earth. This is an objective fact. Secular policy & law are based on objective fact.

What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

Self ID is against UK law. It is a reserved matter. You have no authority to legislate on this.

Men with self declared metaphysical beliefs are not women. It's objectively impossible for them to be women. They must count towards them men's allocation. To do as you propose will undermine the inclusion category or in place to benefit women & given them fair representation in the Senedd.

Anyone found lying about their sex on registration documents is committing fraud & should be thrown out of their political party, banned from standing, & charged accordingly.

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?

It's a reserved matter, you have no power to introduce self ID into Wales.

UK law provides residents with freedom FROM belief, yet you are forcing compliance with a belief system in an unevidenced magical gender soul in order to be considered as a candidate. This is discriminatory. It is not on inline with your public sector equality duty.

It's batshit crazy. Everyone knows Gender is nonsense. EVERYONE. It has no place in policy or law in a rational society.

Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the Bill?

Obviously. Under your proposal you could have 100% of candidates being men, and no women, which is counterproductive to your inclusion aims.

You are embedding a metaphysical belief into Welsh Law & Policy. You have no authority to impose a state religion on the people of Wales.

You are acting outside of your devolved authority when it comes to self ID.

You are adopting the idea that sex is not objective fact, that it is not binary & that it is not immutable. This is flat earth level science denial. You are making yourself & us a laughing stock.

What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

You have failed to take into account the costs of being taken to court by women's rights groups / UK government. And of the costs of future discrimination cases against you.

What are your views on the balance between the information contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation appropriate?

You have failed to take into account existing UK law, and are straying into reserved matters so there's very little point worrying about it.

Do you have any views on matters relating to the legislative competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights?

Freedom from belief is protected, but you have simply ignored this inconvenient fact.

Gender is not an objective fact. Having inner feelings that make a man's penis transmogrify into a woman penis is not an objective fact. Saying the special sacred words 'I am  a woman' does not changed your sex. It is a metaphysical belief system.

You haven't no right to force this religion onto the Welsh people.

Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the Bill?

It's nonsense. Ideological new age religious nonsense.

Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related matters?

You're embarrassing the nation.

Anything else?
